TEAM CAMP

​

This camp curriculum is based on core principles that ensure cheerleaders learn proper safety technique and develop a strong foundation.  The program includes instructional classes in stunt, pyramids, cheers & chants, jumps, dance and basket building.  One-on-one time is set aside each day so your NCA Buddy Instructor can help you with whatever you choose...evaluation material, stunts, cheers, dances, or material from home!  Whether at novice, intermediate or advanced level, the program will be personalized to fit YOUR needs!

Terms & Conditions

FEES 

Resident (overnight) fees include daily instruction, awards, facility use, housing and meals.  Commuter (day campers) fees include daily instruction, awards, facility use, lunch & dinner meals.  PLEASE NOTE: Unless you are coming as an individual on the NCA Camp Squard, all paperwork and payments should be turned in to your coach or camp contact person. You will make checks out to either your coach or school, who will send in one payment for the entire team.

ADULT SUPERVISION 

An adult at least 21 years of age is required to attend camp in its entirety with each team. For overnight camps, the adult is required to stay overnight.

PAYMENT POLICIES 

The deposit and full payment dates are listed below.  Please note - Your coach may have different due dates in order to take advantage of special incentives.

Camp registrations are not confirmed until the deposit is received. If your deposit or full payments are not received by their respective due dates, your registration may be canceled. Reinstated registrations are accepted on a space-available basis. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.  

 

FORM OF PAYMENT 

Bank check, school check, or money order is accepted. Personal checks are NOT accepted.

CANCELLATIONS - Fees retained for cancellations received prior to the start of camp

REFUND REQUESTS 

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Tami Campbell at cheerncahusson@gmail.com  within 30 days of the camp end date. Refunds will not be issued if requested longer than 30 days after the camp end date. Please allow 2-3 weeks after camp to receive your refund.

CAMP RULES 

On the first day of camp, each person attending will be asked to review and sign a document indicating they understand and will abide by all camp rules.

RELEASE AND WAIVER FORMS 

In order to participate at camp, every camp attendee must complete a Release and Waiver Form (for  NCA/Varsity Spirit) as well as a Health Form (for the NCA Cheer Camp at Husson). The Adult Forms are required for all coaches and chaperones. For those under 18 years of age, these forms must be signed by a parent or guardian. Please retain a copy of each signed form for your records and turn  in the original signed forms at Registration on the first day of camp.
